Li Jingjing (born 1985-02-01 in Changle, Fujian) is a Chinese slalom canoer. She has competed in the mid 2000s. At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, she was eliminated in the qualifying round of the K-1 event. Four years later in Beijing, Li was eliminated in the semifinals of the same event.
